Welcome to our family size designer flat on Avenue Victor Hugo!

This 90sqm flat holds 3 bedrooms and is thus suited for up to 5 occupants. It is located on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a modern, luxurious Parisian building.

The decoration is modern and all the equipment from hifi to kitchen appliances is very high end.
Thanks to its location you will benefit from unobstructed view of the top of the Arc of Triumph both from the living room and the master bedroom. The place is bright due to large windows letting in lots of sunshine.

The floor plan is the following: As you enter the apartment you first see the living room on your left and the corridor continues to the kitchen, bathroom on your right and the three bedrooms on the left.

The 3 bedrooms make it ideal for a family with children.
A car park spot is available less than 100 meters away at a modest supplement.

The neighborhood provides a wide choice of cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets selling all the fresh food and bread you would want during the stay. It is extremely safe in the 16th arrondissement.

Access by public transportation is very easy, with a metro stop “Etoile” on line 2 and the RER. From the airport CDG it is 30 minutes direct on the Air FRANCE bus.
