Welcome to our 200sqm townhouse in central Paris!
Here you will find ample space for up to 8 or 9 occupants, this house is ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
The style is antique and precious. The walls, painting and other has been redone in september 2012.
The owners are writers and artists. This explains omnipresent books , painting boards and a beautiful piano.
The layout is the following: (4 floors, no elevator).
Ground Floor: Living area + 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom and WC
Floor 1 : 3 bedrooms, bathroom, WC
Floor 2: Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to open sky terrace , WC
Sub Ground Floor: Kitchen and clothes washer
The bedding is as follows:
1 double bed
2 sofa beds (+1 in dining room)
2 single beds
Some of the sofas and other furniture are very valuable. It is important that this is kept in mind. Hence the rather large deposit required.
The neighborhood holds several nice bars and restaurants, you can also do your grocery shopping on foot. The closest park is “Butte aux Cailles”. For some Parisians this area is Montmartre without the heavy tourist stream.
Access by public transportation is very easy, with a metro stop called Corvisart on line 6 less than 300 meters away. Access by car is done by using the périphérique exit “Porte d’Italie”, in the south.
If needed, I can arrange airport pickup or car rental if required and would be glad to provide answers to your questions.
